Booking happens in conversation with our team. Here is what to expect.
Choose your trip
Read the full itinerary, the inclusions and exclusions, and the “Before you go” notes on the trip page. If you want something different, send a custom-trip enquiry.
Send an enquiry
Use the enquiry form on the trip page, message us on WhatsApp, call +91 93110 80868 or +91 93549 52220 or +91 82907 41840, or email taporitravel@gmail.com. Tell us your preferred dates, number of travellers and sharing preference.
Get the details in writing
We confirm the departure date, the price for your sharing option (including whether any taxes are extra), the advance and payment schedule, and the booking and cancellation terms that apply to your trip.
Pay and receive confirmation
Your seat is confirmed only after the required payment and our written confirmation. Opening WhatsApp or sending a form is not a booking or a payment.
Get ready
Read the packing and preparation notes on your trip page. Arrive at the reporting point on time with a valid government photo ID.
Example: Rudranath & Kalpeshwar Yatra
Some trips publish their own terms. For the Rudranath & Kalpeshwar Yatra:
- A ₹3,000 per person advance reserves your seat. The advance is non-refundable.
- The advance can be adjusted only if a cancellation or change is informed at least 7 days before departure.
- 5% GST is charged on top of the ₹10,999 package price.
- Full payment must be completed before the trip, and a valid government ID is required to board.
These terms apply to that trip only. Terms for other trips are confirmed when you enquire.
