Joining a trip
Can I join a group trip on my own?
Yes. Our group trips are planned for solo travellers joining a group as well as friends, couples and families travelling together.
Where do trips depart from?
Most trips leave from Akshardham Metro Station, Delhi. The Udaipur & Mount Abu trip leaves from IFFCO Chowk Metro Station, Gurgaon, and the Amritsar Escape includes a Chandigarh pickup on the way. Each trip page lists the reporting point and, where confirmed, the reporting time.
How do I know the dates of the next departure?
Confirmed departure dates appear on each trip page. Where you see “Enquire for upcoming departures”, message or call us and we will share the next available dates.
Are the treks suitable for beginners?
It depends on the trip. Kedarnath and Madhmaheshwar involve an estimated 9–10 hours of trekking in a day, and Rudranath is a multi-day trek with nights in tents. None of the treks are suitable for everyone. Read the “Before you go” section on the trip page and talk to us about your fitness before booking.
Prices and inclusions
Why do some trips say “Enquire for price”?
We only show a price on the website once it is confirmed for the current version of the trip. For other trips, ask us and we will share the current price.
Is GST included in the prices?
It varies. The Rudranath & Kalpeshwar price is ₹10,999 per person plus 5% GST. For other trips, we will confirm the final payable amount, including any taxes, before you pay.
Which meals are included?
Every trip page marks each meal as included or self-paid, day by day. Meals during road journeys are usually self-paid. If a meal is not specified, ask us before booking.
Are entry tickets, helicopter rides or VIP darshan included?
Only if the trip page lists them under inclusions. Helicopter services and VIP darshan are not included in any current package.
Booking and changes
Does messaging on WhatsApp confirm my booking?
No. An enquiry — on WhatsApp, by phone or through the website — is not a booking. Your seat is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing after the required payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Booking and cancellation terms can differ by trip. Where a trip has its own terms — such as the Rudranath & Kalpeshwar Yatra — they are shown on the trip page. Please confirm the terms in writing before you pay.
Can the itinerary change?
Yes. Mountain and long-distance road trips can change because of weather, road conditions, official decisions, temple timings or safety requirements. Timings on trip pages are estimates.
