Cancellation policy

We are updating our policies. Where a trip page lists its own booking terms, those terms apply to that trip, together with the terms we confirm to you in writing before you pay.
Terms vary by trip
Cancellation and refund terms are not the same for every trip. Before you pay, we will confirm in writing the advance, the payment schedule and the cancellation terms for your departure. Please keep that confirmation.
Rudranath & Kalpeshwar Yatra
The following published terms apply to the Rudranath & Kalpeshwar Yatra:
- A ₹3,000 per person advance reserves your seat.
- The advance is non-refundable.
- The advance can be adjusted only if a cancellation or change is informed at least 7 days before departure.
- Booking transfer is not allowed.
- No refund for services or inclusions not availed.
- No refund in case of unforeseen natural events or landslides.
Other trips
For all other trips, ask us for the cancellation terms when you enquire. They will be confirmed in writing before you pay.
How to cancel or change a booking
Tell us as early as possible by WhatsApp, phone or email (taporitravel@gmail.com), quoting your name, trip and departure date. Notice periods are counted from when we receive your message.
